DESCRIPTION
Heimish All Clean Low pH Balance Toner contains over 90% of natural ingredients, perfectly moisturizes and refreshes, and additionally has a gentle exfoliating effect, removing dead cells, excess sebum and other impurities from the surface of the skin, making the skin soft and silky. The tonic has a neutral pH (5.5) which helps maintain a normal acid-base balance and strengthens the skin's natural protective barrier. It has a watery consistency, which it is quickly absorbed, softening the skin and saturating it with moisture and nutrients.
HOW TO USE
After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad and gently wipe off from inside to outside of your skin. Or, you can use it as a soothing mask with soaked cotton pads.INGREDIENTS
